Abstract
Article 19 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Official gazette shall publish the following information: (a) application for patent and authorization for use; (b) names of approved selection achievements; (c) data of the applicant and author; (d) decisions made in relation to applications; (e) decisions related to the issuance and invalidation of patents; and (f) decisions made in relation to legal protection of selection achievements.”
