Law No. ZR-41 on trademarks and name of origin of commodities.

The present Law regulates relations connected with registration, legal protection and use of trademarks and name of the origin of commodities. The Law consists of III Sections sub-divided into X Chapters, that contain 50 Articles. Section I (Ch. I-VI) regards trademarks. Chapter I (arts. 1-5) regards trademarks and their legal protection. Chapter II (Arts. 6-19) regards registration of trademark. Chapter III (arts. 20-21) regards collective trademark. Chapter IV (arts. 22-24) regards utilization of trademark. Chapter V (arts. 25-27) regards transfer of the right of the utilization of trademark. Chapter VI (arts. 28-29) regards cessation of legal protection of trademark. Section II (Ch. VII-X) regards name of origin of commodities. Chapter VII (arts. 30-31) regards name of origin of commodities and its legal protection. Chapter VIII (arts. 32-39) regards registration of name of origin of commodities and the right of its utilization. Chapter IX (arts. 40-41) regards utilization of denomination. Chapter X (arts. 42-43) regards cessation of legal protection of denominations. Section III (arts. 44-50) lays down final provisions.
