Abstract
Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Atmospheric air pollution shall be intended penetration of pollutants (hazardous substance) into the air, or their presence there in concentrations exceeding maximum allowable concentration limits of hazardous substances in the atmospheric air atmospheric air causing pollution thereof.”
