Abstract
The present law regulates relations connected with organization and carrying out inspections of activity of commercial and non-commercial organizations registered in the Republic of Armenia or in the foreign states that are functioning on the territory of the Republic of Armenia, and individual entrepreneurs and establishes common modalities of their carrying out. The following institution are authorized to carry out inspections within their sphere of competence: 1. Ministry of Agriculture and Nature Management; 2. Ministry of Energy; 3. Ministry of Territorial Management and Coordination of Urban Construction; 4. Board of Standardization, Metrology and Certification attached to the Government; 5. Board of State Nuclear Survey; 6. Service of State Hygienic and Anti-epidemic Survey. All the above-mentioned bodies are authorized licensing authority. The document consists of 13 Articles Art. 1 determines the sphere of application and the subject of regulation of the present Law. Article 2 specifies state bodies authorized to carry out inspections. Article 3 establishes the purpose and the modalities of carrying out inspections. Article 4 determines the terms of inspections. Article 5 establishes legal basis for carrying out auditing. Article 6 regards generalization of the results of inspections. Article 7 determines the rights of the inspectors. Article 8 determines the duties of the inspectors. Article 9 establishes the rights of the officials of economic entity. Article 10 establishes the duties of the officials of economic entity. Article 11 establishes liability of inspectors and the modalities of appeal. Article 12 establishes the modalities of compensation of damage caused to economic entity by illegal actions of inspecting body. Article 13 determines the modalities of entry into force of the present Law.
