Multilateral agreement on the international transport of hazardous substances.

The Parties agreed to re-confirm the validity of the common norm regulating the international transport of hazardous substances formerly applicable on the territory of the USSR pending the approval of new regulations. The Parties further agreed to ensure the unimpeded transport of hazardous substances through their territory and to take all necessary measures to mitigate the effects of any accidents during transport.
