Order No. 113-N validating the Procedure for issuing permits for re-settlement of wild fauna species in free conditions.

This Procedure defines the legal relations regarding the issuance of a permit for the free resettlement of wild animals by individuals, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. The permit is issued by the authorized state body of the Government in the field of conservation, protection, reproduction and use of fauna. The basis for issuing a permit is the resettlement program prepared for each animal species. The permit cannot be transferred to another person or used by another person. To obtain a permit, individuals, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs submit an application for the issuance of a permit to the Authorized Body in accordance with Annex N 1. The Authorized Body shall issue a Permit in accordance with the Annex No. 2.
