Order No. 133-N of the Minister of Environment validating the List of wild fauna species that do not require permit for keeping in free or semi-free conditions.

This Order establishes that non-venomous invertebrates (roundworms, molluscs, arthropods, with the exception of the species listed in the national Red Book of protected animals and listed in the Red Book of protected animals of the International Union for Conservation of Nature with a vulnerability level of VU and higher, and listed in Appendices 1, 2 and 3 of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) shall be kept in free or semi-free conditions without requiring permit (authorization) for keeping thereof.
