Order No. 158-N of the Minister of Agriculture validating the form of notification of offences of the Articles 112 (2), 112 (5) and 112 (6) of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Armenia.

This Order validates the form of notification of offences of the Articles 112 (2), 112 (5) and 112 (6) of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Armenia related to trade of foodstuffs and raw materials of animal origin without prior veterinary and sanitary examination, violation of import and export regulations related to international transportation of foodstuffs and raw materials of animal origin subject to state veterinary inspection and receipt, storage and transportation on the national territory of foodstuffs and raw materials of animal origin without accompanying veterinary certification.
