Order No. 233-N of the Ministry of Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on technical requirements for equipment related to drilling machines for groundwater extraction.

This Order establishes technical requirements for equipment related to drilling machines for groundwater extraction. The minimum technical requirements for equipment related to tracking the location of drilling rigs for groundwater extraction shall be as follows: (a) Global Positioning System - compatible with GNSS, GPS (GSM) systems and their respective antennas; (b) built-in rechargeable battery - at least 1200 mAh; (c) set of connection wires; (d) technical certification; (d) possibility of remote control of configuration via GPRS network ս SMS; and (e) the indications of the intelligent sensor included in the equipment.
