Order No. 376-N of the Minister of Environment validating the Procedure for providing information on the results of wildlife study by subjects studying the wildlife.

This Procedure regulates the legal relations related to the provision of information on the results of fauna research by entities studying the fauna in the national territory. The study of the fauna is carried out by: (a) scientific research institutions; (b) higher professional educational institutions; (c) legal entities whose subject matter or objectives of activity, as defined by their charter, include the study of faunal objects, or which have concluded contracts with persons with professional qualifications in the field of the study of faunal objects (including employment contracts); and (d) individuals with appropriate professional qualifications. The objectives of studying the wild fauna species are: (a) creation of a systematic information base on the state of the fauna; (b) implementation of state monitoring; (c) implementation of state registration and maintenance of the state register; and (d) organizing the reproduction of rare and endangered wild fauna species.
