Order No. 87-N validating the Form and the Procedure for issuing the protocol on violations of the legislation on protection of forest and protected forested areas.

A protocol on violations of the legislation on protection of forest and protected forested areas in public forests, forest lands and protected areas shall be drawn up immediately at the place where the violation was detected, in 2 copies. One copy of the protocol is provided to the offender, and the other copy, with a note made by the offender about the receipt of the protocol, is kept in the territorial subdivision and registered in the relevant register. The form and procedure for keeping the register of protocols drawn up on the offence are established by order of the Head of the Eco-Patrol Service.
