Abstract
This Protocol amends annexes related to processed foodstuffs in case of the compliance in the country of origin with the following terms and conditions, i.e. manufacturing of any items from materials, subject to the following technological operations: (a) heating; evaporation; cleaning; (b) refining operations in specialized production conditions where a separate hydration operation is not sufficient to give the product the status of origin; and (c) processing of animal hides by dehairing.

Entry into force notes
This Protocol shall apply provisionally 60 days from the date of signature and takes effect 30 days from the date of receipt by depository of the third notification of compliance by the signatories of domestic procedures necessary for its entry into force.
