Abstract
This Decree-Law establishes that fishing vessels performing their activity near to the coastal zone may use logistic facilities on land (even if they are registered in another maritime district). Fishing vessel may be constructed in Portugal and registered in an Overseas Province territory. Foreign vessel may perform fishing activity once satisfying certain requirements specified in the text.
