Decree No. 13/07 approving the General Regulation for Urban Buildings.

This Decree approves the General Regulation for Urban Buildings. The above mentioned Regulation, consisting of 6 Chapters and 1 Annex, establishes the requirements and environmental standards to be satisfied by urban building and regulates all the interventions related to spatial organization for new buildings in urban area of the country. It applies for any civil work, reconstruction, extension, modification, reparation or demolition of existing buildings and infrastructures, as well as for the modification of the local topography, within the urban and rural areas.
