Abstract
This Decree is composed of four articles and one Annex. It approves the Regulation of Scientific Investigation on Marine Biological Resources in maritime and continental waters under Angolan jurisdiction and sovereignty and on the continental shelf. The annexed Regulation is composed of five chapters. Particular attention is placed on the regulation of research obligations and required authorizations.
