Decree No. 4/02 on the Regulatory Institute for the Electricity Sector (IRSE).

This Decree is composed of four articles and one annex. It establishes the Regulatory Institute for the Electricity Sector (IRSE). The annex provides the Statute of the Institute, defining its mission, functions and competences as well as its internal structure. According to its mission, the Institute shall regulate the production, transport, distribution and marketing of electric energy within the public System.
