Abstract
This Decree is composed of four articles and one Annex. It approves the Statute of the Institute for Artisanal Fishing Development (IPA), a public body established with the aim of promoting at national level artisan fishing development and related aquaculture activities. The annexed Statute is composed of six Chapters divided in 35 articles. It defines the Institutes’ functions and internal structure.
