Abstract
This Decree regulates Sport Fishing to be performed within the Overseas Provinces. It consists of 25 articles defining sport fishing and specifying the requirements to be satisfied in order to obtain a sport fishing licence, restrictions, unauthorized fishing gear and methods, etc. Sanctions for illegal activity are prescribed in the text.
