Abstract
This Decree is composed of 20 articles and several Annexes. It regulates the concession for exploitation of liquid and gas fuel to the National Fuel Company of Angola (SONANGOL-U.E.E.). Particular attention is paid to environmental protection measures and to local development requirements. Annex A and B provide the description and map of the concession area; Annex C, D, E defines the applicable taxation, financial, custom regime.
