Abstract
This Decree is composed of six articles. It rules on the authorization of transferring to ELF part of the concession on certain oil exploitation activities entitled to Sonangol-U.E.E. In particular, the Decree regulates the transfer of rights and obligations as well as fiscal regime applicable.
