Abstract
This Decree, divided into 19 Articles, approves the Statute of the Ministry of Fisheries, as a government body that coordinates and ensures the implementation of national policy in the field of fisheries. It establishes its composition, duties and responsibilities also for their derivatives and salt production, guaranteeing their planned management.
