Abstract
This Decree approves the Regulation of Non-Governmental Organizations as civil society associations, with public and non-profit purposes, which carry out actions in different areas. This Regulation, consisting of 36 articles divided into seven Chapters, regulates related activities and classifies the requirements of the different type of Local, Regional and National Non-Governmental Organizations.
