This Decree, composed of 3 articles and one Annex, approves the Charter of the Angolan veterinary association. The Statute, Annexed to the Decree, is composed by 91 articles divided into 9 Chapters dealing with: name, mission, structure, and functions of the association; membership procedures, requirements and duties; managing bodies, related functions and procedures; Medial veterinary professional engagement rights and duties; Association incomes and expenses.
