Abstract
This Executive Decree approves the Internal Regulation of the Technical Council of the Ministry of Energy and Water. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the Technical Council as the specialized technical advisory body for the Energy and Water Sector. The Council is responsible for issuing opinions on technical matters, and in particular for: a) Analysing the technical questions submitted to it related to the activity of the Ministry of Energy and Water; b) Pronouncing on the design and implementation of policies for the Energy and Water Sector.
