Executive Decree No. 10/97 on crustaceans’ fisheries.

This Executive Decree, composed of two articles and one Annex, approves the Regulation on crustaceans’ fisheries. The Annexed Regulation, composed of 15 articles, defines the applicable fishing regime, providing also the length of mesh and other fishing standards. Moreover, it lays down protection measures and regulates protected areas. Furthermore, it rules on standards for processing, transporting and storing crustaceans. Finally, the Decree provides sanctions and penalties for non-compliance.
