Abstract
This Executive Decree approves the Regulation of the Legal Office of the Ministry of Energy and Water (GJ), as a technical support service of the Ministry. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Office responsible for overseeing and carrying out all the activity of legal advice and studies in the legislative, regulatory and litigation domain, defines its attributions and regulates its organization, functioning and personnel.
