Abstract
Whereas under the Plant Protection Regulation, the import, export and re-exportation of products of plant and forestry origin and other regulated products is subject to a Prior Licence to Import or a Phytosanitary Certificate of Origin issued by the competent organ of the State. This Executive Decree approves the Model Forms for Phytosanitary Certificate of Origin to export and re-export plant, and forestry products, pesticides and fertilizers, and the related Prior Licence to Import Plant, Pesticides and Fertilizers.
