Abstract
This Executive Decree creates the Regulation of the Regional Centres for Information, Monitoring and Inspection of Fisheries and Aquaculture (CR) in the Provinces of Cabinda, Zaire, Cuanza-Sul, Luanda, Bengo, Namibe and Benguela. These services are in charge of controlling and inspecting fishing and aquaculture activities, and approves the respective Internal Regulations, which define their specific attributions and regulate organization, functioning and personnel.
