Abstract
This Executive Decree approves the methodological guidelines for Provincial and Municipal bodies in the Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries sector. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Provincial Directorates of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries and their competences in the fields of livestock, cereals and coffee and in the fields of forestry and fisheries, aquaculture, the protection of resources and ecosystems, the processing industry of fishery products and salt, fisheries support infrastructure and the Inspection and Certification of Fishery Products.
