Abstract
This Presidential Decree approves the Internal Regulations of the National Directorate of External Trade (DNCE), as a direct executive service of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce. The Regulation establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Directorate entitled to formulate policy proposals and monitor their execution in the field of external trade, licensing external operations and participating in the elaboration of the Republic of Angola's trade balance.
