Abstract
This Executive Decree approves the Regulation of the National Employment Observatory. This Regulation defines the rules of organization, operation and reporting obligations regarding labour market information to the National Employment Observatory. These Regulations apply to all public and private entities linked to the production, collection, analysis and processing of data on the labour market and vocational training in Angola. The National Employment Observatory (ONE), is a technical support body of the Ministry of Public Administration, Labour and Social Security, aimed at promoting knowledge about the labour market and similar legislation. The mission of the Observatory is to provide public and private entities with information on the labour market, through research, collection, data processing and publication of information on the characterization, trends and evolution of the labour market in order to support the decision-making process.
