Executive Decree No. 345/16 approving the model forms to perform Aquaculture activity.

This Executive Decree approves the model forms to perform Aquaculture activity. In addition, it includes the certificate of company registration for aquaculture activity, the communal aquaculture licensing, the commercial aquaculture licensing, the registration form for commercial aquaculture, the registration form for aquaculture communities, the Commercial Aquaculture Licensing Application Template and the authorization to implement the aquaculture project. Natural or legal persons engaged in aquaculture activities must apply for a licence to the Ministry of Fisheries, in accordance with the provisions contained in Decree No. 39/05 of 6 June, approving the Regulation on Aquaculture, and the Decree No. 14/05 of 3 May, approving the Regulation on the Concession of Fishing Rights and Licensing.
