Executive Decree No. 367/20 approving the Regulation of the Consultative Council of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries.

This Executive Decree approves the Regulation of the Consultative Council of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, as a support body of the Ministry. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Consultative Council, entitled to perform the following sectors: a) Organization and functioning of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries and the respective supervised bodies; b) Draft legislation and regulation of Sector activities; e) Proposals for policies and strategies for the Agriculture, Livestock, Forestry and Fisheries Sector; d) Definition of Sector Plans, programmes and projects; e) Review of compliance with the Sector's Annual Activity Plan.
