Executive Decree No. 400/15 approving the Regulation of the National Focal Point of Multilateral Conventions on Environment and International Organizations under the Ministry of the Environment.

This Executive Decree approves the Regulation of the National Focal Point of the Multilateral Convention on Environment and International Bodies. This Regulation establishes competence and duties of this Focal Point, whose directly responsible for the implementation of specific Convention in the country, officially appointed by the Ministerial Department responsible for environmental policy, which function is to promote the interconnection between Multilateral Convention on Environment, under the responsibility of the Ministry of Environment.
