Executive Decree No. 441/12 creating the Specialized Technical Unit Committee STCW (UT/STCW) under the Maritime Port Institute of Angola (IMPA).

This Executive Decree, consisting of 7 articles, creates the Specialized Technical Unit Committee STCW (UT/STCW) under the Maritime Port Institute of Angola (IMPA). It establishes composition, duties and competencies of the above mentioned Technical Unit, entitled to: certify, and homologate the capacity of Angolan maritime members according to the qualification and competence patterns required by the International Norms Convention on training, certification and service for maritime workers (STCW-78).
