Executive Decree No. 469/16 regulating the administrative procedures that must be fulfilled for the electronic licensing of fisheries activities, through the integrated management system for the activities of the Fisheries Sector, available on the Internet of this Ministry.

This Executive Decree regulates the administrative procedures that must be fulfilled for the electronic licensing of fisheries activities, through the integrated management system for the activities of the Fisheries Sector, available on the Internet, referred to as Online Desk of the Ministry of Fisheries, applicable to all activities licensing and operationalization of the Fisheries Sector. All electronic licensing of fisheries activities can be carried out using the integrated management system for the activities of the Fisheries Sector, available on the Internet. The Licensing carried out with the Online Desk aims to: a) Allow the simple and efficient collection of data, to guarantee the quick elaboration of indicators of all the activity developed in the Fishing Sector; b) Improve efficiency in services provided to citizens; c) Increase the effectiveness of the provision of services; d) Debureaucratize all services provided by the Ministry of Fisheries.
