Executive Decree No. 47/23 approving the Internal Regulation of the Advisory Board within the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

This Executive Decree approves the Internal Regulation of the Advisory Board within the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. The Advisory Board is the support body of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, whose purpose is to know and assess agro-forestry related issues. The Board is responsible for pronouncing on any matters submitted to its consideration by the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, namely: a) Organization and operation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the respective supervising bodies; b) Draft legislation and regulation of the Sector's activities; c) Proposed policies and strategies for the Agriculture, Livestock and Forestry Sector; d) Definition of the Sector's plans, programmes and projects; e) Assessment of compliance with the Sector's annual plan of activities.
