Executive Decree No. 57/21 extending for another 2 years the ban on cutting the Mussivi species throughout the national territory.

This Executive Decree establishes the extension, for another 2 years, of the interdiction, throughout the national territory, of the cutting of the Mussivi species. This extension aims at fulfilling the completion of the work to assess the conservation status of that species. After the expiry of the ban on the cutting of the wood of the Mussivi species, only companies that join the exploration system through a forest concession contract will be allowed.
