Executive Decree No. 63/21 approving the Rules on the Import of Pre-Packaged Products.

This Executive Decree approves the Rules on the Import of Pre-Packaged Products. These rules apply to all commercial agents that carry out the import activity in the national territory. Only bulk product import processes are licensed, that is, in Big Bags of the following products: a) Sugar; b) Rice; c) Wheat Flour; d) Corn Flour; e) Beans; j) Milk powder; g) Cooking Oil; h) Animal Feed; i) Coarse Salt; j) Refined Salt; k) Wheat Semolina; l) Pork Meat; m) Beef Meat; n) Margarines; o) Soap. It only applies to the import of fruit and vegetable preserves, powder detergents and tomato paste from 1 January 2022.
