Abstract
This Executive Decree approves the Regulation on operational waste discharge management. This Regulation, consisting of seven Chapters, specifies all the requirements to be satisfied in all waste discharge operations originated by oil exploitation activities, on land and sea, with the exception of transit oil plants.
