Joint Executive Decree No. 16/25: Approves the Reference Prices for Eligible Domestic Products for the 2025-2026 Agricultural Campaign.

This Joint Executive Decree approves the Reference Prices for Eligible Domestic Products for the 2025/2026 Agricultural Campaign. This Decree applies to all domestic agricultural products covered by the 2025-2026 Agricultural Campaign, as well as to public and private entities involved in the production, marketing, purchase, and setting of the respective Reference Prices throughout the national territory. The objectives of this Decree are: a) To establish Reference Prices that ensure fair remuneration for national producers; b) To adjust prices to economic policy priorities and specific market conditions; c) To promote stability and transparency in the national agricultural market; d) To encourage increased agricultural production and productivity; e) To ensure the sustainable distribution of national production; f) To contribute to food security and reduce imports of agricultural products.
