Joint Executive Decree No. 243/22 updating and readjusting the fees due for the exploitation of forestry and wildlife resources charged by the Forestry Development Institute, as well as the reference prices for the export of sawn wood.

This Joint Executive Decree, consisting of 8 articles and three Annexes (Tables), updates and readjusts the fees due for the exploitation of forestry and wildlife resources, charged by the Forestry Development Institute, as well as the reference prices for the export of sawn wood, contained in the tables annexed. In particular, the fees to be charged by the Forestry Development Institute relate to: a) Granting of licence for the exploitation of forestry resources; b) Granting of hunting licences for animals allowed to be caught; c) Compensation due to the State for catching wild animals, whose hunting is prohibited; d) Granting of certificates; e) Services provided at warehouses for forestry and wildlife products; f) Granting of authorizations and declarations; g) Granting of transit guides; h) Carrying out inspections and surveys.
