Joint Executive Decree No. 276/17 creating the Public Water and Sanitation Agency of Bengo-E.P. (EPASBENGO-E.P.).

This Joint Executive Decree approves the Statute of the Public Water and Sanitation Agency of Bengo-E.P. (EPASBENGO-E.P.). The Statute, consisting of 6 Chapters, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Agency, entitled to manage public water supply systems, waste water treatment and drainage of rainwater in Bengo province, with statutory capital represented by its assets, goods, installations, equipment and accessories that integrate the public water supply and sanitation systems of the Province. The Decree is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Organization and Functioning (Chap. II); Intervention of the Executive (Chap. III); Patrimonial and Financial Management (Chap. IV); Personnel (Chap. V); Final provisions (Chap. VI).
