Joint Executive Decree No. 5/24 approving the terms and management model of the Angolan National Employment Fund.

This Joint Executive Decree approves the terms and management model of the National Employment Fund of Angola (FUNEA). The FUNEA Management Entity is responsible for the administration and application of FUNEA resources, under a professional and specialized Management Entity, in accordance with market rules, through a management agreement. When the Managing Entity is under the State's Indirect Administration, the FUNEA management agreement must take the form of a Programme Contract, signed between this entity and the Heads of the Ministerial Departments responsible for the Finance and Labour Sectors. The FUNEA Management Entity must submit the Contract proposal to the Strategic Committee, within 20 days from publication.
