Abstract
This Joint Executive Decree approves the Port Tariff Regulations in Angola. In particular, it establishes the fees applicable to vessels, goods, passengers, equipment rental, supplies and the prevention and fight against environmental pollution. It aims at adapting the amounts of fees and charges charged by the Ports of Angola, both to the economic and financial situation that the country is going through and to the General Regime of Fees, approved by Law No. 7/11 of 16 February, also establishing the sanctioning regime.
