Abstract
This Joint Executive Decree approves the new Procedure for the Acquisition of Products of National Origin by the State Strategic Food Reserve and establishes the Minimum Reference Prices for the Products. This Decree applies to products of national origin, verified throughout the agricultural season. The products of national agricultural production intended for purchase by the Strategic Food Reserve are the following: a) Soya; b) Rice in the husk; c) Beans; d) Maize; e) Unprocessed wheat. These products may be updated according to the harvest and the respective conservation mechanisms. The Strategic Food Reserve shall purchase the total production from producers.
