Abstract
This Law, consisting of 13 Chapters, approves the legislation on crude oil refining and transport, storage, trade and supply of petroleum products. This legislation aims at regulating the general functioning of the above mentioned activities related to petroleum products and its derivatives. This Law applies for the entire National territory, including all public or private, individual or collective entities carrying out activities related with the above mentioned sector. It also prescribes protecting measures in order to avoid environmental pollution.
