Law No. 3/96 creating the High Authority Against Corruption.

This Law, consisting of 21 articles creates the High Authority Against Corruption. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Institution, as independent body that works with the National Assembly and aims to develop preventive, investigation and participation actions to the competent entity for criminal or disciplinary action against acts of corruption and fraud committed in the exercise of administrative functions.
