Abstract
This Law approves the Legislative Authorization to Define the Legal Regime Applicable to the Activities of Additional Research in the Areas of Development of Petroleum Concessions. The purpose of this Law is to grant authorization to the President of the Republic, as holder of the Executive Power, to legislate on the definition of the legal regime applicable to the additional research activities in the areas of development of petroleum concessions in the period of production.
