This Ministerial Decision creates the Commission for Procafé company management. This Commission is a regional company entitled to supply the coffee sector, state-owned economic entity, carrying its business in the areas of major coffee production areas, to ensure their proper functioning, and is coordinated by the Director General of the National Coffee Institute.
